 At 1913 Collective, we believe life’s best moments deserve unforgettable backdrops. We’re Todd and Rebecca — partners in business, marriage, and a shared passion for creating spaces people can’t stop talking about. Todd is the quintessential sports guy with a mayor’s charm — the kind of person who makes friends everywhere and makes everyone feel welcome. Rebecca is often the punchline to his jokes (and thinks he’s hysterical), but she’s also the creative force who can dream up an event overnight, making every guest feel special and every detail just right. Rebecca became an entrepreneur at 36, running a thriving home staging business in Tampa, FL, and managing five Airbnbs solo. Todd spent 25 years in the railroad industry in operations and leadership, building teams and keeping things on track — literally. We got married in 2023 and dove straight into building our dream together, launching The Cotton Belle before even taking our honeymoon. When we did finally take one, it was an epic safari in Tanzania — complete with a cheetah-in-a-tree sighting. Today, we live in Savannah, GA, developing bold hospitality projects that blend character, comfort, and connection. Whether it’s a girls’ trip retreat, a historic jail turned boutique hotel, or luxury tailgate suites by the stadium, our goal is the same: create experiences that bring people together and give back to the communities we love — both tangibly and financially. 1913 Collective: Where stories are made, laughter is shared, and guests leave with memories worth celebrating.
